I saw Dr. Amanze today. Good news is what we got. There was no change in the tumor. She wants me to continue with NO chemo. :-) I will be scanned again in 3 months. We are very happy and very thankful. Thanks for letting us share this wonderful news with you all!

I too have fibrolamellar carcinoma, and I came across your blogs. They have given me so much inspiration! I haven't gotten very far through them yet, so I was wondering if you could answer a couple quick questions for me (possibly email me?) I was wondering where you see Dr. Amanze (where you are located). Also, Where did you see Dr. Nguyen? I am currently living in Iowa and am looking to move after I get married this summer, and am looking for a doctor who is willing to work with me. Also, what forms of chemo have you been on that have seemed to work? I have been on Nexavar for about 2 months now and it is actually going very well. I am looking to possibly add some other chemo, but don't even know where to begin. Any help and/or advice from you would be greatly appreciated!
